I HAVE TO HAVE HIM ON A LEASH WHEN I TAKE HIM OUT ON THE STREETS EVEN THOUGH HE'S TRAINED. THIS PLACE IS DUMB AS SHIT. SO YES, HE WILL BE ABLE TO WEAR IT.
