found 'em. one needed some vet care but his paw will be back to normal in a month or so. i found a guy here who literally has the power to speak to animals, he helped track them down since the cops just had zero leads on it.
i'm aquaphobic so thanks for the thought, god knows i need to be more social, but i'll pass. i can't swim anyway, i'd be the awkward guy standing in the corner and nobody likes that guy.
